Acceptable use policy

Version 1.0Effective August 31, 2026

In this Acceptable Use Policy we have listed some ground rules that we expect each user of our platform to respect. Jointly, we aim to keep the platform safe in all aspects, so that it can function optimally for all users. The content you create by using our platform also needs to comply with these ground rules.

This Acceptable Use Policy (or “AUP”) applies to every user of our platform. This means that you have a direct responsibility to adhere to this AUP, even if your use of our platform is for instance based on an agreement between your server and Charged.

By using the platform, you agree to this AUP and you agree that you will adhere to it. If there is anything in this AUP you do not wish to agree to, you cannot continue the use of our platform.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing with Charged, you are not allowed to share your account with anyone else. If you do share your account with someone, this is a violation of this AUP which can lead to immediate suspension of your account and you are nonetheless responsible for such other users use of your account, including such other users' adherence to this AUP.
