Privacy statement

At Charged, we believe in radical transparency regarding your data. We do not sell user data, track you across the web, or collect unnecessary information. This Privacy Statement explains exactly what information is collected, how it is processed, and how your privacy is safeguarded.

1 – Information we collect & store

We strictly limit data collection to what is required to operate the bot and dashboard services:

1. Account Information: Your Discord Snowflake ID, username, discriminator/global name, and avatar hash provided by Discord OAuth2.
2. Encrypted Tokens: Discord OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored exclusively with AES-256-GCM encryption to allow managing bot-connected guilds.
3. Server Configurations: Guild IDs where you have administration permissions, custom command prefixes, configured auto-responder rules, and custom constants.
4. Operational Telemetry: Anonymized bot heartbeats, shard latency metrics, and aggregate uptime logs to maintain system health.

2 – Real-time message processing (Zero persistent chat storage)

When the Charged Bot operates in your Discord server:

1. Incoming messages in text channels where the bot has read permissions are inspected strictly in volatile memory (RAM) solely to match configured auto-responder triggers or command prefixes.
2. We do NOT store, log, or index your server's chat messages, private conversations, or user communication history. Once a message is evaluated for a trigger match, it is immediately discarded from memory.

3 – AI Assistant (“One”) data processing

When interacting with the AI Assistant on the Charged Dashboard:

1. Your chat prompts and active server context are transmitted securely to the Google Gemini API solely to generate responses and execute server management tools.
2. Your chat sessions are stored in your private dashboard session account so you can view conversation history. You can clear or delete your chat history at any time from the interface.
3. Prompt data is never used to train public commercial AI models.

4 – Data storage & security

All data is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure utilizing Supabase PostgreSQL with strict Row Level Security (RLS), SSL/TLS in transit, and authenticated session validation with cryptographic hashing.

5 – Data deletion & user rights

You have the absolute right to view, modify, or permanently purge your data. You may remove your account link by logging out or revoking Charged in your Discord authorized apps settings. To request a full permanent purge of all guild configurations associated with your Discord ID, contact our team at privacy@chargedlnch.com.
